What is being questioned about the other match officials?

Law 6 covers everyone except the referee: two assistant referees, a fourth official, two additional assistant referees, a reserve assistant referee, and the video match officials. They operate under the direction of the referee, and the Law says what each of them may indicate rather than what each of them may decide.
