How this order is arrived at
Nobody wrote this curriculum. The steps are the Laws in the book’s own order, and each row underneath is read off the content: a topic sits under the Law it names, a scenario under the Law its clauses mostly come from, and a quiz set follows its scenario. That is 41 topics, 26 scenarios and 12 quiz sets holding 252 questions.
A scenario often turns on more than one Law, so a Law with nothing of its own still names the scenario that covers it. Where a topic names two Laws, it sits under the first and says so. Everything the site holds reaches a step.
