Goalkeeper: can you referee this?

27 positions written by IFAB, from Law 12. Their words, their answer, shown in full as soon as you choose. Ten at a time.

Question 1 of 10Law 12

An attacker runs with the ball towards the opponents’ goal in a one-on-one situation. The goalkeeper runs out of their penalty area and commits a careless tackle, causing the attacker to fall and denying them an obvious goal-scoring opportunity (DOGSO). The referee allows play to continue because the attacker quickly gets up, wins the ball back, and then kicks the ball into the goal. What is the correct decision?

Every answer here is IFAB applying their own Laws rather than the Law itself. The clauses are on the Law pages, and the goalkeeper walk reasons a decision out one question at a time, citing the clause at each step.
